Christine Bellmann, Aruba
Graduated from dental school in Germany and has worked in a variety of public and private settings in Germany, the United Kingdom and the Dutch Caribbean and engaged in voluntary work in the Maldives, the Seychelles and Africa. Christine will discuss her major career decisions and maintaining a work-life balance. 

Esti Riyanda, Indonesia 
Esti is well-known for her energetic and active support of dental student organizations at the national and regional level and now as an established practitioner and office-holder in Young Dentists Worldwide. Esti participated in IDEM Singapore NDF 2014 and is assisting in the planning and facilitating of the 2016 NDF event. 

Magdalena Wilczak, Poland   
Magda is the elected President Young Dentists Worldwide. She will discuss her participation in YDW and the benefits that membership can provide. She will also discuss her decisions to undertake a PhD and the challenges and opportunities presented.

Wong Keng Mun, Singapore  
Currently the managing director at T32 Dental Centre Pte Ltd, Dr Wong will share his personal career pathways within the business of dentistry including opening his own clinic.  Key areas for discussion will include setting goals, developing a business plan, investing in equipment, and running and marketing a practice etc.

Yue Weng Cheu, Singapore  
Dr. Yue is the Clinical Director of DP Dental, a six-chair practice focusing on integrated utilisation of advanced dental technology such as Laser, CAD-CAM and 3D jaw tracking and imaging to enhance diagnostic and therapeutic outcomes for his patients. Dr Yue will reflect on his personal journey in the adoption of CAD-CAM technologies and will discuss his deeply-rooted conservative and minimally invasive philosophies illustrated by case studies.
