A key goal for oral health is maintenance of a healthy, natural, functioning dentition for life. When teeth are lost, a variety of options are available for replacing missing teeth, including use of implant retained restorations. In this presentation, the role of complex restorations in replacing missing teeth will be discussed. This will include consideration of the impact of tooth loss and its management on oral health related quality of life.
