IDEM 2020 – Updated Advisory on COVID-19
Koelnmesse, the organiser of IDEM 2020, wishes to inform sponsors, exhibitors, speakers and attendees that we take the matter of your wellbeing very seriously. At this stage, IDEM 2020 will continue to take place in Singapore from 24 to 26 April at the Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre. Koelnmesse is closely monitoring the situation in Singapore and the region arising from the Novel Coronavirus (NCOVID19) outbreak.
The Singapore government has introduced additional precautionary measures to minimise the risk with the Disease Outbreak Response System Condition (DORSCON) level risen from yellow to orange on Friday, 7 February 2020.
In keeping with the advisory, Koelnmesse is working closely with the event venue, Suntec Convention and Exhibition Centre, to implement comprehensive precautionary measures onsite. This includes temperature checks, and increased disinfectant supplies to ensure superior standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained throughout the event.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely, work in partnership with the relevant government authorities and agencies and take all necessary measures in accordance with the latest advisories published by the Singapore Ministry of Health.
We sincerely appreciate your kind understanding and continued support for IDEM. Please rest assured that we will continue to assess the developments in the coming weeks. We will inform all participants as a matter of priority about all our further arrangements and measures.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
