GROUP REGISTRATIONS
Delegates attending the Scientific Programme can look forward to the following group registration discounts:
- 5% off the Scientific Conference for groups of 5 persons or more*
- 10% off the Scientific Conference for groups of 10 persons or more*
*Group registration discounts are not applicable for SDA and AOHT Members.
*Group registration discounts cannot be used for Hands-On Workshops or in conjunction with any other discounts or rebates.
REGISTRATION POLICIES
All fees payable for tickets are in Singapore Dollars and are subject to 9% GST. Your registration will be valid only when full payment is received by the Organiser.
- The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the conference or any part thereof without prior notice in the event of acts of God, fire, acts of the government, terrorism, war, or any other events beyond the controls of the Organiser.
- No refunds will be accepted for purchased tickets.
- Name changes are permitted only during the Early Bird and Regular rate periods, and only within the same registration category. All name change requests must be submitted via email by the original registration owner to idem-reg@koelnmesse.com.sg. A fee of SGD 80.00 will be charged per name change.
- For the re-printing of forgotten/lost/stolen badges onsite, SGD 60.00 will be charged.
- The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry should the participant fail to produce required documents or if the participant does not comply with the rules and regulations set forward by the Organiser.
