Pokpong Amornvit

Dr Pokpong Amornvit is a Thai dentist and educator specialising in digital dentistry. He earned his DDS and MS in Maxillofacial Prosthetics from Mahidol University, Thailand, and completed a Certificate in Implant Dentistry from UCLA. He later obtained a PhD in Oral Health Science from Prince of Songkla University, focusing his research on digital dentistry.
Renowned for his expertise in digital implants, clear aligners, and restorative aesthetics, Dr Pokpong Amornvit is recognised for his facial-driven design approach in multidisciplinary treatments. He is the creator of PPFACEDESIGN, a digital workflow philosophy combining facial-driven and smile design principles to achieve harmonious, natural aesthetics. He also developed PPFACEBOW, a digital facebow tool used for precise treatment planning.
As a passionate educator, Dr Pokpong trains dental professionals worldwide on integrating digital technology to enhance care quality and patient experience. He has delivered lectures and workshops at numerous international conferences and published extensively in national and international journals.
Dr Pokpong’s commitment to advancing digital dentistry extends to his training centre, Connext, located in Bangkok’s Sathorn district. Connext serves as a hub for international dental professionals, offering courses, workshops, and hands-on programmes designed to elevate digital dentistry skills. Through his innovation, research, and mentorship, Dr Pokpong continues to shape the future of digital dentistry across Asia and beyond.
