Swati Sehgal
Dr. Sehgal holds an MBA in International Health Care Management from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, Germany, and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Rajasthan, India. She further completed advanced training in Innovation, Strategy, and Project Management in Healthcare at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, USA.
She currently serves as Business Development Manager Global (excluding DACH) at DÜRR DENTAL Global. Prior to this role, she was Product, Education & Training Specialist at Dürr Dental Middle East, where she led clinical education initiatives and professional training programs across the region. Her earlier experience includes serving as Operations & Quality Control Specialist at Dr. Joy Dental Clinics in Dubai, a Management Trainee at Bornholm’s Hospital in Denmark, and Associate Dentist at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai, India.
With a strong background spanning clinical dentistry, healthcare management, quality governance, and international business development, Dr. Sehgal is also a certified CME lecturer in Practice Hygiene and Infection Control in the Dental Office. Her professional interests include patient safety, digital transformation in dentistry, and innovation-driven practice management.
