Dr Yue Weng Cheu BDS (Singapore), FRACDS (Australia), MJDF RCS (England)
Dr. Yue Weng Cheu is a general dentist. He obtained his BDS degree from the National University of Singapore and is a recipient of The Pierre Fauchard Academy Foundation Annual Scholarship Award. He holds fellowships from the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and the Royal College of Surgeons, England.
He has special interests in Temporomandibular Joint Disorders (TMD) management. Dr. Yue completed two mini-residency in Dental Sleep Medicine at TUFTS University, USA. He innovated the concept of Linguadontics, linking tongue health to overall well-being.
Dr. Yue delivered a TEDxSingapore talk in 2017 and lectures internationally. He teaches at the MSc Laser Dentistry Programme at the Catholic University of Sacred Heart, Rome, and holds a Mastership status in Laser Dentistry from WCLI. He is also a member of the ALIGN APAC teaching faculty.
Dr. Yue serves on the Advisory Board for Nanyang Polytechnic’s School of Oral Health Therapist (2021-2023) and is on the editorial board of the International Journal of Orofacial Myology and Myofunctional Therapy.
As Clinical Director of DP Dental, with locations in Kovan, Orchard, and Katong, he employs advanced dental technologies like Laser, CAD-CAM, 3D jaw tracking, and non extraction orthodontics, integrated with myofunctional training and Oral Sleep Appliances to deliver comprehensive care.
